Ms Eman Al-Sadeq:
Ms Eman Al Sadeq holds a Bachelorโs degree from University of Bahrain in Business Information Systems (2005). She joined Bahrain Bourse in April 2005 where she performed various banking operations. In October 2013, Ms Eman joined Kingdom University (Bahrain) as a senior specialist in the Planning & Development Office. Whilst there, she developed strategic management practices in the Office; in addition, she was responsible for developing governance practices across the university, including:
- – Setting the Universityโs policy and procedures mechanism.
- – Supervising Office operations, including staff development, risk management, project management, strategy management and Institutional measurement.
- – Coordinating with the team setting up related policies and procedures.
- – Coordinating with the team devising the Universityโs new strategy (2018-2022).
In January 2018, Ms Eman joined Applied Science University as the Head of Governance & Strategic Planning. Her duties are directly linked to her previous experience and educational background.
In addition to her bachelor degree, Ms Eman holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School UK (2014). The MBA programme focused on strategic management practices, covering strategy development, execution and evaluation processes. Her thesis was titled Implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies for brokerage firms registered with Bahrain Bourse.
