Launching the hotline service

Among its preparations to deal with the developments related to the emerging corona (Covid 19) virus, and based on the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, First Deputy Prime Minister, in facilitating the educational process procedures for students, and togetherness to limit the spread of the Corona virus, The university launched the hotline service, and the technical support unit to assist students during the distance education process, respond to their questions and inquiries, and link them directly with their professors to overcome all the difficulties that they may face during this exceptional period.

The launch of this system comes in response to government directives in the Kingdom of Bahrain to prevent and combat the emerging corona virus, and ensure the smooth flow of the educational process, and identify the needs and requirements of students.
