o Organizing an “Orientation and Campus Tour” to welcome new international students at the beginning of each semester.
o Assisting students in integrating into university life and making the most of the services and activities provided by collaborating and cooperating with various departments and divisions at the university.
o Guiding international students on utilizing the services provided by the university, such as the university card, smart card, issuing student proof letters for crossing the King Fahd Causeway, Student Support Fund, etc.
o Providing necessary information for applicants from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain who are interested in joining the university.
o Issuing letters that students may need to complete their official transactions in collaboration with relevant departments, following the university’s regulations and policies.
o Providing healthcare services through the medical clinic located at the university.
