The Legal Clinic, represented by its director, Dr. Gaith Mustafa Al-Khasawneh, and a group of students from the clinic at the College of Law, participated in a seminar titled “Maritime Navigation Laws and Regulations.” The seminar was organized by the Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies in the Kingdom of Bahrain on the occasion of World Maritime Day, on October 2, 2023. The seminar covered several topics, including the legal framework governing maritime navigation in the Kingdom of Bahrain, protecting the environment from the impact of maritime shipping, sustainable use of oceans, seas, and marine resources. The seminar provided great benefits to the students.
