The Faculty of Law participated in the discussion session tagged “Consensual Justice Controls in the Criminal Field” held by the Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies within the continuous training program for judges of criminal courts, where it was attended by Dr. Hussein Bani Issa and Dr.Ali AL Masadah. The session included many valuable axes, most notably: mechanisms of criminal mediation, the most important challenges and problems of implementation, controls of reconciliation and reconciliation in accordance with criminal procedures.
