As part of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s celebrations for Bahraini Women’s Day, the College of Law organized an academic seminar emphasizing the important role of Bahraini women in national development.
During the seminar, Dr. Ayman Hammouri, Head of the Internship Unit and Assistant Professor at the College of Law, discussed the political rights of Bahraini women. Additionally, Ms. Nawal Ahmed Al-Owaid, Director of External Affairs at the Legal Affairs Department of the General Organisation for Social Insurance, presented a paper on the rights of Bahraini women in pension and social insurance laws.
At the end of the seminar, which was moderated by Professor Murad Aljanabi, Chairman of the Scientific and Cultural Committee, a lively and extensive discussion took place with the speakers, featuring active participation and a strong sense of awareness among attendees.
