A number of master thesis been discussed at the University that was submitted by students from both the College of Law and the College of Administrative sciences.
Student, Shaikha Ebrahim Al Badinaging;
Shaikha Al Buainain, from the Department of Human Resource Management (MHRM) at college of Administrative Sciences, presented her Masterโs thesis titled โThe Impact of performance appraisal on the job stability of employees from the public sectors that are under the Civil Service Bureau of Kingdom of Bahrainโ which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Mohammed Youssif, VP for the Administration, Finance and Community Engagement and Assistant Professor at the College. Her letter objective emphasized on studies that facilitates the appraisal process of both the job performance and its stability for employee who work for the public sectors under the Services Bureau, which resulted in a positive relations between evaluations and job sustainability.
Student, Noora Ebrahim Ahmed Hashim;
Noora Ebrahim, from the Department of Business Administration (MBA) at college of Administrative Sciences, presented her Masterโs thesis titled โThe Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Commitments within the Organizational Structure (Applied Research on Gulf Petrochemical Industries GPIC in the Kingdom of Bahrain)โ which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Khairi Mohamed Omar, Head of Department of Business Administration at the College. Her letter aimed at the important role of promotional and interpersonal incentives that ensures the retaining of distinguished employees and strengthen their organizational commitments.
Student, Fahad Mohamed Saleh Al Madhhka;
Fahad Mohamed, Master in Commercial Law from the College of Law, presented his Masterโs thesis titled โComparative Study โ on Legal Structure Validation of Electronic Documentationโ, which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Nasiem Khalid Ahmad Alshawawreh, Assistant Professor in the Department of Private Law. The letter aimed to investigate the validation of legal structure on documentation that is proceeded electronically and the importance of setting specific roles of record entry that asses the smooth running of financial transactions.
Student, Budoor Al Hajri;
Budoor Al Hajri, from the Department of Business Administration (MBA) at college of Administrative Sciences, presented her Masterโs thesis titled โApplied Study on Sport Federations at the Olympic Committee โ the impact of Innovative Administration on the Improvement of Human Resources Performanceโ which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Adel Alzyoud, Assistant Professor at the College. Her research reflected on the effect of administrative innovative role (Fluency, Originality and Flexibility) that improves the individual performance in Sport Federations of Bahrain Olympic Committee and the importance of developing strategies that is based on high accuracy to spot talented members and identify their areas of quality.
Student, Dalal Al Doseri;
Dalal Al Doseri from the Department of Business Administration (MBA) at college of Administrative Sciences, presented her Masterโs thesis titled โApplied Research on the Islamic Banking within the Kingdom of Bahrain โ the Effect of Qualifying the Human Resource on Organizational Commitmentโ, which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Adel Alzyoud, Assistant Professor at the College. Her research aimed on the effects that arises from qualifying human resource and its dimensions in (Delegating Authority, the Know-How, Job Values, Information Centralization) on the Organizational Commitment of Islamic Banking Sector within the Kingdom of Bahrain. This concluded the strategies that develops the technological infrastructure which simplifies the accessibility and the centralization of information.
Student, Khalifa Abdulaziz Al Sebaee;
Khalifa Abdulaziz from the Department of Business Administration (MBA) at college of Administrative Sciences, presented his Masterโs thesis titled โThe Role of Coherent Teamwork on Formulating Innovative Working Environment at Bahrain International Circuitโ, which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Mohammed Abdulrazzaq Alghbari, Head of QAA Academic Affairs Unit and Assistant Professor at the College. His research emphasized the elements that support an innovative working culture which was conducted from a survey that resulted in gathering feedbacks from 92 members at Bahrain International Circuit.
Student, Maitha Mohamed Al Mullah;
Maitha Mohamed from the Collage of Law, Master in Law, presented her thesis titled โProcedural Provisions for the Prosecution on Terrorist Crimesโ, which was discussed under the supervision of Dr Husein Bani Issa, Vice Dean of College of Law and Head of Quality Assurance Unit and Assistant Professor at the College. Her research aimed at the role of Bahrainโs legislation that demonstrates methods on how to cope with terrorist crimes confrontation.
