Employers and Graduates Meeting

To achieve scientific quality standards, the College of Law held an Employers and Graduates Meeting for the academic year 2023/2024.

The meeting aimed to evaluate the quality of the college’s outputs and programmes and their relevance to the labour market’s needs through feedback from employers, in line with the University’s vision of achieving local, regional, and global leadership and excellence.

The meeting featured several purposeful discussions to unify efforts and work towards improving and enhancing the college’s outputs to align with national development plans and future labour market needs in Bahrain and the region.

Employers praised the outstanding level of the University’s graduates in general and the College of Law graduates in particular, their high academic level, and their clear legal personality. The attendees also commended the study plans and developments achieved by the college since its establishment, emphasizing the importance of keeping pace with rapid scientific developments and labor market needs to contribute to graduating students capable of working and competing after graduation.

The attendees actively engaged in discussions about the college’s academic programmes and provided constructive suggestions that contributed to increasing the pace of academic work and helped build the legal personality of graduates, preparing them for the labour market with high-quality and acceptable experience.
