Enhancing Communication with Graduates Through the Alumni Reunion Event
Under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Professor Waheeb Al-Khaja, the Career Development & Alumni affairs office in the Directorate of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Alumni Club, organized the Alumni Reunion and Annual Meeting.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the University President, Professor Hatem Masri, Vice Presidents, and a large number of University members and graduates, many of whom hold senior positions in various institutions in the government and private sectors.
The event honoured the members of the Alumni Club’s Board of Directors for the sixth term for their work in serving the graduates and welcomed the new members of the Board of Directors for the seventh term. Additionally, it showcased the success stories of a group of University graduates and introduced the Alumni Club’s Board of Directors for the seventh term. In addition to honoring university graduate Hassan Al-Khalidi on the occasion of winning first place in a smart Investor competition that was held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The University is keen on strengthening its relationships with graduates, opening avenues for cooperation and support, thereby enhancing its mission, which emphasizes the importance of building sustainable and strong relationships between the University and its graduates. The large number of University graduates reflects the educational renaissance the University has undergone and represents the fruitful and effective cooperation between the University and its graduates through building sustainable relationships between the two parties, in line with the University administration’s directives to move forward in implementing more initiatives and mechanisms that support its graduates.
The graduates are a significant symbol affirming the University ‘s role in graduating competent and educated youth capable of serving their country and community, especially since a large number of the University ‘s graduates hold senior and leadership positions in many government and private institutions in Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
