The University’s Participation in the ” University of Bahrain Second Arbitration Day”

The College of Law, represented by the Acting Director of the Legal Clinic, Dr. Ghaith Mustafa Al-Khasawneh, Associate Professor of Commercial Law, participated in the “University of Bahrain Second Arbitration Day” organized by the University of Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution under the title “Practical Problems in Arbitration of Construction Disputes in the Kingdom of Bahrain”, which included several axes, the most important of which are construction disputes between free arbitration and institutional arbitration, mechanisms for confronting tricks in construction disputes and the role of engineering expertise in settling construction disputes.
