The RCIFS aims to promote multidisciplinary research and to strengthen research collaboration among ASU faculties and between ASU and stakeholders as well as partners within the region and beyond. The centre will organize relevant faculty from various colleges in research teams who will conduct research in the specific research areas/priorities. The research areas will address national priorities and issues pertaining to economic development, health, education, biodiversity, climate change, socio ecological systems and gender.
