The University’s Participation in the ” University of Bahrain Arbitration Day”
The College of Law, represented by Dr. Ghaith Mostufa Al Khassawneh, Acting Head of Legal Clinic Unit, participated in the “University of Bahrain Arbitration Day” organized by the University of Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) under the title “Practical Issues in Construction Arbitration in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”
The Arbitration Day covered several themes, most importantly construction disputes between ad hoc arbitration and institutional arbitration, mechanisms for addressing stratagems in construction disputes, and the role of engineering expertise in resolving construction disputes.
